Hurhur. This must have been well over a month ago... but it was good catching up with the girls. 10 years of Crescentian power! I think almost everyone went down to Fika since its opening because I saw pictures of Fika all over the net, or maybe Facebook! We really have nowhere else to go sadly...
Food at Fika was surprisingly good, I thought the serving was just nice (because Fidza could finish her food!). Maybe Eli's salmon was on the salty side. Service was slow, but you have to admit, everyone broke fast there. Pity the kitchen crew. tsk. Decor was cozy and preppy. simple and soothing...but food pricing was sky high steep yo! A wonder if they'll do as well now that festive season is coming to a close.
While many are wishing for timeout from work, I'm hoping for otherwise. I've been cooped up at home since last Thursday no thanks to the flu bug. Doctor dearest gave me 8 days of MC, stating the fear for the new wave of HINI. I stayed at home in reluctance, really. I have a major MAJOR catching up to do when I return I foresee, what with syllabus to complete and Oral and Paper 1 all in next week! Panic Panic! Why can't she just gimme two days MC, really.
Or perhaps I should not complain...
I've been missing in action lately, simply because of pure laziness and partly the hectic schedule. I suuuper can't wait for the holidays!

i hate uploading pictures! i wish i have the discipline to religiously upload the already full SD card of mine! these will suffice for now, although i really hate putting up pics of just the two of us. No particular reason but mayb it's just so cliche to put up couple pics just because u're married. BAWWRING!

It has been almost a month on, from the wedding, and I still enjoy looking at the pictures that capture great moments of our union. I think a lot of people had made it possible and successful...and to mention all in this entry, would not suffice. The two day event (plus the stray days before and after) went by in a blink of an eye, yet I am lucky to have engaged a wonderful photographer (plus assistant) who took brilliant photos. Farr! You should get them! :))
I think i had THE record number of bridesmaids! given that it started from just 5 to 7 to 9! Hahhahah! If possible, i'd like all my close girlfriends to be my bridesmaids! My mum actually scolded me for not including Diana and Shasha, one my life long neighbour, the other a really good friend! So I apologize! I will make up to it one day, insya-Allah I will...maybe a souvenir from Europe...hur.

I came across this video and instantly fell in love with the concept. wayyyy modern and unique! also reminded me of fidza somehow. maybe it's the spontaneity.

work update? GREAT! i don't want it to be something i say too early, but i love my office company. it's the kind of friendship i won't wanna lose. no office politics please!!!!
