Houses are so darn expensive these days and even when both are working, you'll still find yourself tight-budget. tsk. at the rate i'm going, i probably need a sideline job before i can land a dream home. hur.

But honestly speaking, a 5-room flat here in my area is costing about 460K and that's like still cheaper than the ones you can find in Clementi or BB Central! I won't even bother looking for flats in Jurong because of accessibility and the crowd but they are cheaper by mountains definitely!

I guess I'm just marveling at beautiful Western homes that set me into this mood. It'll probably take some time before i can call a place my own, but one day it shall be, insya-Allah...

For now let's just keep the dream alive!
